I paid in cash and I want my money back in cash!

I want a full refund for my ticket that I bought before lockdown happened. I was told by a rude agent that im not going to get it, the funds will be put in some travel bank and I can use it when I travel again. I will not travel again! What am I supposed to do? Travel by force? No, I want my money this is *****!
