Humanity !

I was so disappointed when Ms Lydia Higgins (manager ) in Cape Town looked at us in the eyes and blatantly refuted us after missing our flight and advised that we had to pay our way back home . We were almost hijacked ! ****** at gun point the night before our departure . The morning of the departure the officer calls us last min to sign off papers at about 06: 30 AM .

Yes , i agree business is business but what happened to the element of humanity ?? ?????The embarrassment of having to borrow cash for a return ticket from family ,friends and colleagues and yet i was on holiday ................................................disappointing
