How the mighty have fallen!

<p>Kulula was once an airline which one could rely upon. As soon as trouble starts, they are unequipped to deal with it. At least with the other airlines one knows what to expect and they have so many disasters, they know how to deal with them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a frequent flier who was told we will assist without any feedback. Kulula doesn't deserve my patronage.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />To the staff at Kulula who has previously outdone themselves, thank you very much. To the current workers, good riddance!</p>
