Hours delayed with 2 flights with Kulula.com

More than an hour delay leaving to CT on Wednesday the 18th of Dec and 2 hours delay back to JHB on the 22nd due to waiting for passengers, couldn't find our online booking & bad planning with luggage not even mentioning no busses at pickup getting out of the aircraft and had to wait for the staircase. Not a good experience flying with Kulula.com
