horrible service!taking this matter further

<p>Fisrtly my flight was booke don saturday by me for tuesday at 19.25 FROM jhb to Captown, and i made arragments and plans , then yesterday got an sms saying the flight is leaving at 20.10 at night and we only get there 10:20??? really Khulu ???? you guys always do this and yet we pay so much for the flights hey!!! always never the first time </p>
