Horrible service from KULULA airlines

Flight was scheduled to leave at 22:30 from King Shaka International Airport to OR Tambo....got a message at 18:10 saying it’s been delayed to 23:45. Got to the airport and check-in, just after 22:00 it was again delayed to 00:30 with no specific reason. Whilst I was still trying to re-organize my transport, they further delay to now 01:20. This is apparently not the first time nor second time, it’s something Kulula does to their customers and it shows just how much they do not value their customers. Also Kulula is part of Comair which means they have partners in other airlines, they could have easily arranged with them because they knew from 18:10 that they are experiencing whatever problems they are having. This is just not acceptable and Kulula needs to suffer the consequences of not putting their customers first!
