Horrible service

I bought a via computicket and when l got to check in they told l wasn't booked but l had a ticket in my hands and l asked to call computicket they said they can't do that, l had to use money l had for my cab in Johannesburg to buy airtime to see what's wrong with my flight. I don't how l am going to commute home from or tambo international. And after l failed to reach computicket l went to the counter again and for them to just say its fine your ticket is fine, horrible customer care
