Horrible service

I booked a flight for 9/12/2019 at 6h20 from Lanseria to Durban. Due to the bad weather, we arrived at the airport at 05h50. The rude lady informed us to board but leave our bags behind which did not make sense. Another option was to "book" the next available flight which was at 11h25. Booking the next flight cost me an additional R2300. For our return, the flight was booked for 20h05 on Friday the 13th from Durban to Lanseria. The flight was delayed for more than 30 minutes. Why do we pay for being late and Kulula doesn't? What happened to stand-by option? Being a regular SAA traveller, this was the first worst experience with Kulula and my last one at that.
