Horrible memory with KULULA

<p>I would like to relate my mother in law’s horrible experience with KULULA AIRLINES.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last Friday ,03rd of June 2016, She was flying from King Shaka International to Lanseria in Johannesburg. Her seat number was 8C.</p> <p> </p> <p>At approximately 19:45 , she had boarded the plane , and was trying to put her packet on the top, when she lost balance and fell.</p> <p> </p> <p>She fell very hard on the seat opposite to her , having hurt herself badly on her back . She was almost under seat .</p> <p> </p> <p>None of the stewards assisted her . 3 Guys assisted her , one guy by the name of Jivesh ,from Westville was kind enough to help her to her feet .</p> <p> </p> <p>He ensured that she be seated , she had difficulty breathing and was in a lot of pain . We are very disappointed with the service of KULULA .</p> <p> </p> <p>She has been to the doctor and hospital in Johannesburg , and is confirmed that she has 2 fractured ribs .</p> <p> </p> <p>Why was she not assisted , What are the stewards there for ?? Had she been helped to reach the top to put her packet , this could have been prevented.</p>
