HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN WHEN SICK WITH COVID

Received the worst service I have ever experienced in my life from Kulula airlines

After testing positive with Covid & not being able to travel on my flight to Capetown it has taken nearly 3 days to find out what to do… come on we have had Covid in our lives for long enough that procedures should be in place.

I kept getting give incorrect emails that bounced back and finally when I managed to get hold of someone today she was rude, disrespectful and not even apologetic of my experience.

And I sitting sick with Covid!!!
