Horrible customer service. Flight name correction to marital name

I have made international flight 2 bookings using Kulula with Emirates. Subsequent to that I’ve had to apply to have my ID and passport change. Kulula refuses to do a name correction on my flight booking stating that their policy is to cancel the flight under my ****en name and rebook using my marital name. I’ve been on the phone with Emirates who have repeatedly stated that this change can be done however the flight agent (Kulula) have to initiate the change. It is unacceptable that the price of getting married according to Kulula should cost over R14000. I’m not the first woman to get married and need to travel. This is horrible customer service.
