Horrible Customer Service- Do Not Expect to speak to a human being

Horrible service from Kulula.com.

My girlfriend was in a car accident and therefore I had to change my flight. I attempted to phone multiple times, I sent emails, I was in contact with their Twitter profile - all to no avail.

It is more than 24H since I made my first call to Kulula and I am yet to be helped.

There is also no option on their website to change flights yourself. This was a terrible service- do not use!
