Booked a holiday package (flights accom car ) for two on 16 Dec 2015 to Cape Town for Feb 2016 and paid the full amount of R 8668 - A week later and up till today that very exact same package are priced R 710 cheaper. <br> <br> Phoned call centre: Sorry sir, no refunds, no adjustments and yes if you cancel and rebook there will be cancellation fees. Attitude is basically - we got your money thank you and go away.<br> <br> I would have understand that the closer you book to the date it might get more expensive would apply. Not take your money early and then make the package cheaper.
