Holiday Packages

We went on honeymoonn and booked a holiday package to Cape Town from 19 to 23 December 2015. I have used these packages on an annual basis for the past ten years through MT Beds. All of them was perfect. This year I had to go through Kulula as MT Beds no longer cater for these packages. On the 19th of December 2015 we were refused boarding because my wifes surname was different on her ID. The first names and ID corresponded but not the last name as we were newly weds...After eventually sorting it out at their office and boarding in the nick of time we landed in Cape Town. Europcar had no booking for a vehicle and Kulula Offices were closed. They phoned and only after 45 minutes managed to confirm the booking. I never had these problems before and need to know that Kulula is capable to run these package deals?
