I am so disappointed you billed me R2888 today after wanting to postpone my flight from Thursday to a few weeks so for two tickets to DURBAN.. So a one way from Ctn to dbn for two people. Has cost me over R6000.. HIGHWAY *******.. When I called the call centre to say there must have been an error I was assisted with an arrogant assistant who stated that is the difference in fare.. Utter *******.. My original ticket was R3320 then the new ticket was R2888 I should not have been charged
