HELP With Unfair Cancellation Policy!

I made a Discovery Vitality booking online via the Kulula site on the 23rd of October 2014 for a 2 night stay at the Southern Sun Waterfront Cape Town hotel. I booked and paid in full for the accommodation to stay from the 6th - 8th March as I was intending to be in Cape Town for the Argus Cycle Tour race (my only reason for the trip).<br> I subsequently picked up an injury on my knee in early February, which after seeking medical advice I had to cancel my race entry.<br> I was able to substitute/sell my Argus race entry & make an amendment to and sell my (non Vitality booked) flight without any hassles. I was shocked to find out that despite trying to cancel my hotel (Vitality booked) accommodation a month before the stay, I would incur a 100% cancellation fee!!! I tried all avenues
