Handling of special cases query

Phoned call centre to enquire about my daughter who is 21 years old and Down Syndrome regarding assistance to get onto plain. Received mail on 20 Jan to complete INCAD forms. Arranged appointment with Neurologist to complete the forms. Forwarded the completed form/s to the Call centre agent on 23 Jan. I did not receive acknowledge receipt of mail. Followed up again yesterday, 28th, and was informed that more forms need to be completed by Doctor. Why wasn't I informed in the first place of all forms to be completed. Who is going to carry the costs for another appointment with the Dr. (R900 per appointment) Now I am threatened that my daughter will not be allowed on the flight if these forms are not complete. My daughter has been a frequent (6 monthly) flyer to George on her own for the past 2 1/2 years and we always only arranged that she is taken to the plain and to get seated. The medical report also states that there are NO MEDICAL restrictions. I don't mind getting forms completed but why must I go back to the Dr. if the knew from the outset (call to call centre) that she was Downs.
