Half seat

<p>I recently travelled to and from Cpt to OR Tambo. I sat next to big guy, he asked for extension for his safety belt, could not put the arm rest down. I couldnt open my tray cause his legs where so large. When I mentioned it to the staff, they imp**** it was ************** to mention it to him. Gosh Kulula....why must I be inconvienced! How is this exceptable?</p> <p>I posted this on fb Kulula which says typical reply 1 hour so I am gathering this is not typical...it's bad service</p>
