Great customer service experience

I am very impressed on how Kululu staff Neo Vilakazi handled my refund claim from the airline. My ticket was booked in my marital surname and my passport was still in my ****en surname and i did not realize that for international travel it is a problem. I was expected to purchase a new return flight ticket at the airport, but the staff from the airport were so helpful in providing guidance and advise on retrieving a refund as i bought another ticket. From the day of the incident till the refund the staff have kept me upto date and till the final refund. Big up to the great customer service i experienced.
