Great customer service

Having flown with Kulula Airway recently I have left my cell phone on the plane. While waiting to collect my luggage I realised that I do not have my phone with me and that I must have left it on the plane. Obviously, I tried to rush back to try and find it but I was stopped by security from returning to the plane. At that moment an Airhostess appeared and asked what is wrong and whether I was looking for something? I rep****: "my cell phone". The next second she showed me my cell phone and returned it to me. Thank you for your superb service, I really appreciate it a lot.
