Great Check-in counter experience
We booked the Kulula flight from ORTIA to King Shaka for my mom who uses a wheelchair. Nicole greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to our needs (albeit - some were just said to satisfy my moms need to have everything done to her meticulous level of detail!). In that rush, we forgot to cable tie mom suitcase which was already n the conveyor. Nicole stopped the conveyor, chased down the bag (very safely) until she tracked the bag, locked it and restated the process. I was utterly embarrassed at my forgetfulness, but not once did Nicole treat me in other way besides being extremely friendly and polite. She understood an elderly persons needs and concerns and aligned her service to it.<br> <br> Nicole - we need more people like you in SA!
