Got there 35 minutes before check in and all the counters were closed

Booked a flight with Kulula from JOHANNESBURG TO DURBAN TIME 8:50 05/10/2017 and upon arrival at O R Thambo 35 minutes before departure there was nobody to assist us and might I add the booking clerk that assisted was extremely rude and arrogant. Used many other airlines before and never has such a terrible experience.
