Goodbye KULULA, HELLO FLYSAFAIR!

I booked a ticket with Kulula a month in advance. Arriving at the airport kulula informs me that my name is incorrect on the ticket. I asked them to change it but instead of trying to help they said they dont do name changes, I HAVE TO BUY A NEW TICKET. I paid for a return trip to cpt so in other words, i have to buy 2 new tickets. 4 tickets in 1 day. Worst part is they didn't even try to help and wanted to sell me a new ticket for R3200. 2 windows down at FlySafair they offered to help and asked me R1300. Thanks FlySafair, Goodbye Kulula.
