Full Refundable Online ticket NOT fully refundable
Used kulula heaps in the past.Booked FULLY REFUNDABLE ticket to C.T because there was a chance it would change. It did. Called to change it - 1st person said R70 seat charge if i cancelled. 2nd person said R171 cancellation fee- but online says REFUNDABLE prior to the flight...<br> I took the most expensive option (fully Flex) so that I didn't incur costs to change.<br> Kulula is misleading & dishonest... wont use them again!
