Frustrated..

Terrible service, I dont know where they get their personnel from their telephone help desk from, but they are so unqualified its scary. Its like talking to a rock! I booked a flight with one seat left on the plain and in the end I couldn't pay for the ticket. The help desk tells me I cant pay EFT and I cant make booking in my phone, only on computer..... Now I have lost my flight and had to rebook the next day for a flight twice the price!! Nothing worse the talking to someone on a phone that knows nothing and cant help you.
