********** Travel Agent Confirmed by Airline

<p>I’m a very disappointed customer of Kenya Airways and Kulula Airline, on the 18th of October I booked a ticket online with approved travel agent operating as (http://www.globetravel.co.za/) and trading as Funky ****** travel.</p> <p>What disappoints me is that I called Kulula before booking to confirm this Travel agent and Kulula did confirm them. The entire voice recording of me enquiring about the travel agent is available at Kulula as my verification. I was mis-lead by the airline to book a ticket with a travel agent who later turned out to be a ********** travel agent and now Kulula doesn’t want to take responsibility or assist me find this travel agent.</p> <p>Besides assisting me with anew booking ticket by Kenya Airways, which I have paid in full, I have received no help on how I’m going to claim my money. Both Airlines have closed doors on me and I find this very hideous and unprofessional customer treatment.</p>
