We booked tickets flying to durban from jhb on the 20th of April flying back on the 25th of April. Due to medical conditions my husband flew to Durban sooner on the 10th of April. Now we all want to fly back on the 25th of April as per the booking. They say no he lost his ticket due to no show. I can understand loosing his flight for the 20th but not the flight going back on yhe 25th!?!?!

29 Apr 2019, 20:32Phoned the supervisor again and got told to read the terms and conditions. So I did and to no surprise found nothing as such on their terms and conditions. It states you lose your ticket for which you did not show up for but NOT your return ticket!!! There is no customer care or concerns loosing clients!!
