Flights REFUND.

Booked a returning flights to Capetown from Durban . Sadly flights got cancelled . I have followed they refund process as instructed sadly I haven’t received my refund as yet . I have been in contact with the company through emails no response and they customer service lines are closed . I AM WAITING TO BE REFUNDED. This is terrible as I did not get the service required
