FLIGHT NAME CHANGE

this seems to be the worst airline by far made an error whilst booking flight everything confirmed, called the helpline within minutes of booking and was told cannot get name change can cancel booking but not refundable tried to explain that this was literally seconds of confirmation but to no avail have to cancel and fork out for another flight really **************** not even a penalty fee offered to change no customer service can help just NO
