FLIGHT MN904- KULULA

Poor service!!! We are suppose to fly from George to JHB on flight MN904 this morning at 09:20. We are still at the boarding gate, the boarding time now is 14:45. Kulula's excuse: they are waiting for an engineer to fit a part on the plane. Planes come in and leave again, but we are still grounded. We have appointments and other meetings.What is going on Kulula?
