Flight MN481 9 Dec. Delayed from 7:00 till 9:00.

What a bad experience with Kulula this morning. When I've booked for a flight this morning I had a choice between Kulula and Safair. Decided to book Kulula because of my previous good experiences. What a mistake!!! No feedback or update from the management on why the flight is so delayed. Many of the passengers on their way to rugby 7 match. Only compensation from the lady making the announcement is free refreshment!!!! Very very bad attitude from the ground personel. Refusing to call the airport management. Flight scheduled after this flight already left. Next time I will rethink my choice of Kulula. Will also informed my company according when booking flights for me.
