Flight MN111 JHB to C delayed 2 and a half hours!!

I and my husband were booked yesterday with Kulula MN111 JHB to CPT. There was a 2 1/2 hour delay <br> <br> On boarding I ask the cabin crew why we were delayed. I was upset since I had to stand up a 5.00 to catch the flight and was now tired of waiting, Her reply was surly and rude. Her answer was that she had to also stand up early and come it and then proceeded to ask me if I was still going to board or get off. Please, what choice did I have. We were delayed on the runway for almost an hour and then were told we would have to disembark and identify our luggage. With difficulty, because I have trouble going up and down stairs ( I suffer from torn tendon in both my feet) and collapsed arches. No offer from the cabin crew to do take my luggage tags and identify my luggage for me. While we were standing on the runway to identify our luggage there were people standing to the rear of the plane smoking cigarettes. The ground crew were totally nonchalant about this. One of the passengers then ask the smokers to kindly refrain. Come on Kulula ground crew !!!!!! wake up... I think this is totally unacceptable and intend to report this incident to the correct airport authoriites.
