<p>Flight depature: Lanseria (17:10) Arrival: Cape town (19:15) 16 Decmeber 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>I took a flight with my special needs daughter. The service we got was exceptional. The staff of Kulula at the airport in Lanseria as well as the flight and cabin crew was s o supportive and assisted from the time we checked in till the time we reached the driver collecting us in Cape town. The pilot even came to meet my daughter and check that the flight was according to standards. The Head Hostess was supportive and checked up on us during the flight, they escourted us off the plane and escpurted us on the plane as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Credit should be given where credit is due. I really do appreciate the service that was given to us on the flight. The staff really went above and beyond for us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you. </p>
