Flight from hell

The flight was delayed for 2 hours and when we finally got on the plane the aircon wasnt working and also required technical team to look at some faulty equipment. Most uncomfortable flight and we havent even taken off yet. According to my phone its 28 degrees celcius in here....absolutely insane to expect people to fly in these conditions
