flight delays with Kulula

Terrible service from Kulula over the past weekend. Flight on Friday delayed by 2 hours from King Shaka to JHB and then on Sunday the same. No communication from staff at King Shaka airport. Will never fly Kulula again. And the staff at OR Tambo don't know anything - you ask them a question and they have to check before they answer you. Tried calling your call center number that is on your apology sms and it says "we are n our pyjamas"!!!!!!!!!!!tried calling Kulula at OR Tambo airport and no one bothers to answer the phone. I have never received such appalling service from any other airline.
