Flight Delays

We are two ladies flight ref:

Ref TJJBCB.

Ref JDQUMV.

Our flight has been delayed 3 times now which means we have to wait 4 hours on the airport with no vehicle and nowgere to go. We have booked appointments. We will be missing these appointments.

Also we live in limpopo and our ride back home takes us 3 hours.

This is completely unacceptable, this is costing us time and money.

12 people have been transferred to Safair to fly earlier, which is totally unfair the the other passengers.

We are very unhappy about your service.
