Flight Delayed by almost 2 hours
There was a flight that my partner booked to leave or tambo airport at 20:50 pm 7th January 2016 , surprisingly my partner received about 3 sms to say that the flight is delayed total time delayed is 2 hours and notification was only sent today being the 7th January they refused to place my partner on an earlier flight apprently they all full and delayed I think this is nonsense because it now inconvenience me who needs to pick him at such a late time the service is terrible and there is always delays and will not be accepted at all because this is not the first time . Please attend to this matter ASAP because I will take it further. My time and arrangements does not revolve around Kulula dam time.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I do apologise for the frustration caused due to the delay experienced yesterday.
We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Some occasions, we have no alternatives and in such cases, we do have to impose the delay. We had experienced a few flight delays on the 07th Jan'16 due to operational reasons . Unfortunately from a scheduling perspective, aircrafts flying other routes may also be impacted if an aircraft is delayed on these routes and then is operating a subsequent route. It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business. On time performance is a prime area of focus for us and we always review any disruption we have imposed and what alternatives we can use for future.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention .
