flight delayed

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint concerning flight MN603 that was due to depart OR Tambo at 18h00 (as per the change of flight time notification), instead the flight departed at 19h00 due to a spare part being sourced. This delay was a huge inconvenience as one had appointments to honour in Durban in the evening.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely not satisfied with the service provided by Kulula and such incidents certainly will not make Kulula my choice of flying.</p> <p> </p>
