Flight Delay

I experienced two delayed flights with Kulula recently. One on the 17th of December from Johannesburg to Cape Town and another on our return on the 26th. Furthermore this does not appear to be isolated incidents as other flights to among others George was also badly delayed. Is it too much to ask for proper communication in this regard? While we were waiting to board on the 26th we not told whats going on or when we can expect to leave. Surely a late arrival of the plane must be known several hours in advance?
