Flight crew not helpful/ friendly at all!

<p>I was very disappointed on on my flight to Johannesburg from CPT. I boarded the aircraft with my 2 year old and my hand luggage, as I walked in I kindly asked one of the crew to assist with putting my bag in the compartment above me as my hands were full. She flat out pulled up her nose and said no, if the bag is too heavy it must go through customs. Mind you just neededed a hand as I wanted to get my toddler seated and my hands were full. So I said no it's okay I will manage which I did despite holding up the incoming traffic.</p> <p>Terrible service they are supposed to be helpful and make us feel comfortable! Her name was Nthabiseng I think. She then goes on to tell her colleague quite loudly it is not allowed, and the colleague who came to check and she confirmed that it was not too heavy. The whole flight they were talking loudly, laughing and disrupting the flight just not professional at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>We enjoyed our visit with family for a week and the flight back was not any better. A different flight attendant told me my toddler can't sleep on my lap and has to be strapped in. I had to wake up my child who already had her belt on. She was just laying horizontally and she was cranky for the rest of the flight because I woke her up. She had her own seat and was very tired so I put her feet on her seat and her head rested on my lap. I mean you don't wake a toddler up! lol unless you want a disrupted flight! Anyway we just fly with Kulula for the Discovery benefits but I now dont enjoy flying with them anymore way too stressful and no help the crew make you more stressed. I would rather pay more just for good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>PS: Please get happy people who enjoy working as attendants and who makes their clients feel relaxed and comfortable. </p>
