Flight Changes

<p>ok so this started earlier this year where i booked flights off the kulula website my card details were then snatched off their site and used to book other tickets. This was sorted via my bank but surely shows how unsecure their website is. My issue is I'm booked for Cape Town on Thursday but won't be able to make it so Iv'e called the called center and they told me it can be changed to the dates i want which is fair. Unfortunately i do not trust giving my card details over the net or via phone after my previous incident so was told to go to the Airport directly and lucky for me I had been going to the airport yesterday so it was cool. Anyways i get to the ticket sales counter and the lady had no clue as to how the ticket changes work which ****ed me off abit anyways after 15 mins of her asking her collegues about the procedure we were on on way now look i Paid R1600.00 for my flights with insurance for my bag. After her calculation i had to pay in a difference of R1400.00 which is a total ******* granted the rules says no cancellations but even if you change they still nail you. This is utter ******* and dissapointment think of it from a consumers point of view aswell charge you access no problem but not R1400.00 when you paid R1600.00 for your flights. As far as my flight changes are concerned i will definately be a no show!!!</p>
