FLIGHT CHANGE ONLINE MISLEADING.
VERY UNFAIR FLIGHT CHANGE POLICY. TO CHANGE 1 FLIGHT COST ME MORE THAT TO JUST BOYCOTT THE FLIGHT AND MAKE A NEW BOOKING ALL TOGETHER. CANT BELIEVE THEY MADE ME WASTE SO MUCH MONEY BUT THE HOUSE HAS TO WIN ALWAYS RIGHT? ANYWAY ONLINE SITE WAS A BIG PROBLEM AND MADE IT WORSE. TRIED TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER WITHE THE CALL CENTER AND BY EMAILS. THEY JUST IGNORED MY REQUEST AND DID NOT EVEN ANSWER THE QUESTIONS I HAD, ONLY EVADING. NOT TRANSPARENT WITH FEES ASKED AND CANT EVEN HANDLE A COMPLAINT. I KNOW THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY SO THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SOME OF THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS, BUT THEY CAN AT LEAST TRY.

07 Dec 2015, 11:24Hello Sideshow5,
Thank you for taking the time tell us about your recent experience.
There is a 100% cancellation fee to cancel a flight booking (subject to the ticket type you purchased). We only refund due to hospitalisation and death (Proof must be supp****)
A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
I have escalated this matter to the call centre supervisor to contact you.
Kind regards,
Thuli
