Flight change - a Total *******

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a flight on Kulula.com on 23 September 2016 for around R600 to travel on 24 November 2016 - <strong>booking code DQKDUO</strong>. Due to work committments i had to change the flight to the following morning 25 November 2016. I contacted the Kulula contact centre to change my flight booking- <strong>booking code XTIEHM</strong>. I am shocked that i was charged such a hefty fee for this flight. Almost R750. I do not understand how it can be so expensive. I went online to check available flights via the Kulula website for the 25 November after the call and found that the flight prices were cheaper - R693.83. I cannot believe that your call centre worked out such a hefty price for this flight. I could have rather booked a new flight for a cheaper prices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats even worse is that Kulula will still sell my seat of the previous booking at an exhorbitent price to another customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can your company be reasonable with customers when it comes to flight changes so you can still keep your customers happy. This is even besides your punctuality when it comes to taking off where numberous times i have been left helpless due to your traditional delays.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would expect a review on my flight change and portion of the costs refunded to me.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
