Flight Booking gone AWOL!!

I booked flights to cape town yesterday afternoon and the money was deducted from my account as proof of purchase for the return ticket. Till now, I have not received confirmation for my flight booking. Kulula you are by far the worst airline, and I am subject to booking through you because I pay vitality in order to benefit from the 20% discount. This is *******, and your contact center is always "experiencing high call volumes" which adds to one's frustrations!! Sies on you.... and your **** service!
