Flight

<p>I made a flight group booking for 11 ladies with Kulula and our departure was on the 22 Sep 2016. Unfortunately on that day 3 of the ladies were delayed due to traffic. Departure time was 7:50 and we got to the OR Tambo airport at 7:15 and we were denied boarding. I respect that we all have processes and procedures but as a service provider, one needs to look at some circumstances.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had to wait on the queue to checkin and no one alerted us that you not going to make it. Only when we got to the counter then the consultant told us we won't be allowed to go in. We had an ufortunate situation that was beyond our control and not one even listened to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>The most sad part is, we accepted that we are not going and tried to arrange for a later flight to our surprise, we were told to pay R2400 each on top of what has been paid already. What a hike and not negotiable. It was a matter of take it or leave it.
