Fleeced by Kulula for trying to change a flight booking

I booked a Return flight for my daughter. She then needed one leg of the flight moved to a day earlier. When I looked on the website to try and move the booking, Kulula wanted to charge me R403.36 for the flight change. (Please bear in mind that I have already spent R1442 for the return flights!) But the website wouldn't let me do the flight change, so I had to call the Kulula helpdesk. Delight of delights, she was going to charge me R483 to make the flight update. So an extra R80 to do it through the call centre!!! If I just make a COMPLETELY NEW booking on the new date, it will cost me R403.36. So it is cheaper for me to just make a new booking (and forfeit the money I spent on the first booking) than to change a booking. You bunch of SHARKS!
