First time with Kulula and i bet it was my last time...

<p>I booked a flight for 21:30 from Lanseria airport to Durban and at 17:10 i recived an email notification that my flight has been changed to 18:55 (two hours befors scheduled time) i then dropped off everyting that i was doing and rush to the airport.when i get to the airport at 18:30 i get another email notifying me that my flight has been changed to 22:00.</p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance got worried about the changes and decided to park the vehicle so he can walk inn with me AND to our suprised the car got clapped, tried to explain to Lovely Kulula assistance but it was like it is not our "problem"</p> <p>I have never been so depressed like this in my life,clearly my family is based in Jhb and i booked 21:30 flight because i wanted to spend time with my child...then i had to cancel everthing because of the changes,thank you Kulula!!!</p> <p>i always heard complaints about your airline but i never thought that i will have my stake at the first time.</p> <p> </p>
