Fight and Refund

My flight should have departed at 10:30 on the morning of the flight I received an sms that my flight have been moved to 15:45. My meeting in George already starts at 15:00. I requested a refund and they informed me that they can on give me a voucher. I dont want a voucher I want my money back because I just now needed to pay another R6000 to get onto another flight. Please public I plead to you, dont use this airline.
