Fantastic Call Centre Agent

I had to phone Kulula helpdesk to sort out my ticket which TRAVELSTART messed up so badly. The lady I spoke to was sooooo amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She helped me, answered all my questions, emailed me my ticket. She was absolutely amazing. I wish I could say the same of your check-in agent. She booked our seats all over the airoplane. But again, well done on your call centre agent. She was a life-saver.
