False advertising

Tried to book a package to Thailand on KULULA holidays website. Went through the process and the final price to Thailand including all taxes was R23100,00. Before going ahead and paying for the package I decided to call the call centre to verify some terms and conditions as I had not used the site to book a holiday before. Called the call centre and transferred to package dept. This went on for 3 days as I could not get through to package Dept. my number was taken but I received no call back. When I eventually got through Maya was very helpful and assisted me with a quote but to my surprise the quote was R3000 more than the website price(26/02/2015). I rechecked the price of the package online and to my surprise the price had changed there as well, but since it was R1000 cheaper I decided to book online but could not complete the booking, error message indicated that a agent would contact me which never happened. I rechecked the package again today(03/03/2015) and the price of the package after all taxes is R22139.44 but no surprise I could not complete the purchase with the same error message. Why have a ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM IF IT DOES NOT WORK. POOR SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISING.
